• Photos and Media: Images and captions you send to your dedicated BoomtownTrades phone number via MMS.
• Communications: Emails, SMS/MMS messages, and support requests you send to us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, clicks, and referring URLs.
• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies for site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

• Twilio: Phone numbers and MMS message metadata related to the Service.
• Stripe: Subscription status and payment confirmation.

• To provide and operate the Service, including publishing portfolio photos you send via MMS.

• Service Providers: Twilio (messaging), Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (hosting and storage), and Firebase (database) — each bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• Public Portfolio Pages: Photos and business information you submit are published on your public portfolio page at boomtowntrades.com. This is the core function of the Service.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest.
• Webhook signature validation for all incoming Twilio messages.
• Environment-level access controls on Cloud Run.
• Uniform bucket-level IAM on Google Cloud Storage.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Export your portfolio data in a standard format.
